view points is where amd how a shot is took,depending on the object should depend on how you take it;here are some examples
Birds eye view
Birds eye view is where a photo is a taken from above and looking down on object,it is called a birds eye view because this is at which veiw the bird would see. Birds eye views can be used for planning a lay out of a building or usually used for blue prints.
Worms eye view
Worms eye view however is the opposite to birds eye view , worm eye view is a shot taken from under a object.this is usually used to ephasise something what is tall or to make it look taller.
Medium distance shot
Mid shot is where the photo is taken from a medium distance, if you took a photo of a human you should only be getting above the waist in the picture.the media use this alot to show main characters in their films.
Long distance shot/establishing shot
these shots are usually to set a scene or a vast sized place,examples of this are certain movie covers, sales pitches for land and dccumentary photography.
